Bargaineer and Dillon Named Bobcats of the Week

BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae men’s track & field senior Christian Bargaineer and women’s track & field sophomore Lora Dillon have been named Bobcats of the Week for the week of January 8 – January 14. Bargaineer, a sprints/jumps specialist from Wedgewood, Florida, picked up a second-place finish in the 60 Meter Hurdles on Saturday at the Mondo College Invitational. Bargaineer’s time of 8.35 seconds was 0.02 off his own school record which he captured on Feb. 22, 2021 at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Track & Field Championships.
