Blocker reaches 1,000-point milestone in Raptors’ loss to TCNJ

(Jan. 17, 2024) – Rutgers University-Camden senior guard Rahzirah Blocker became the 16th player in program history to reach the 1,000-point milestone here Wednesday night, but the Scarlet Raptors lost to The College of New Jersey, 87-53, in a New Jersey Athletic Conference game. Blocker reached her milestone with a three-pointer with 2:24 remaining in the game, capping her game-high total of 24 points.
