Horton Tallies 19 in Loss to Ramapo, 67-54

NEWARK, NJ | The Rutgers University-Newark women’s basketball squad suffered a New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) loss to Ramapo College, 67-54, on Wednesday evening at The Golden Dome. Rutgers-Newark (2-15, 1-9) was once again led by Samiyah Horton who finished the game with a team-high 19 points on 6-for-16 shooting from the floor. Tracey Ilderis gave the Scarlet Raiders second chances as she led the team with 11 rebounds while adding five points.
