ATHENS, W.Va. – The Concord University Athletic Department is pleased to announce that 115 student-athletes have been honored for their academic work during the fall semester by the Mountain East Conference, the league office released Thursday afternoon. The Fall 2023 MEC Academic Awards recognize student-athletes that competed during their championship segment—football, men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s golf, men’s and women’s soccer and volleyball. The MEC recognizes the All-MEC Academic Team (semester GPA of 3.7-4.0) and the Commissioner’s Honor Roll (semester GPA of 3.25-3.69).
