Gamecocks Add Kentucky Transfer Anna Young

COLUMBIA, SC – South Carolina women’s soccer will see a new face starting this spring with the addition of Anna Young, a senior transfer from Kentucky. Young started in all 19 matches of the Wildcats’ 2023 campaign, leading all field players in total minutes at 1,659. The senior had a career-high three shots on goal, logged an assist against fellow SEC rival Tennessee, was a team captain, and named to the SEC Preseason Watchlist.
