SC High School League panel rules on appeals by James Island, Bishop England
James Island Charter and Bishop England took their cases for classification placement to the S.C. High School League’s appellate panel on Friday, and both schools were denied. James Island, placed in Class AAAAA by the SCHSL’s realignment for the 2024-26 school years, was seeking to remain in Class AAAA. The school’s appeal was denied by a vote of 7-0, and the Trojans will play in AAAA for the next two years.
