Barons top Tomcats, 61-59

STEUBENVILLE, Ohio – The Thiel College men’s basketball team lost a Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) game Saturday on the road to the Franciscan Barons, 61-59. Franciscan led by a bucket at halftime (31-29) and went on to lead to lead by as many as seven points in the second half. Thiel’s first lead in the second half came with 7:44 remaining in regulation when Jonah Biggers (Baltimore, Md./Calvert Hall) made a pair of free throws.
