PROVIDENCE – Freshman diver Luke Parada of the Holy Cross men’s swimming and diving team qualified for NCAA Zone diving as the Crusaders fell 168-120 to nonconference opponent Providence Saturday afternoon in Taylor Natatorium. The loss sends the Crusaders to 2-5 overall while the Friars move to 1-4 with the win. Parada scored a 309.37 reestablishing the program mark in the one meter dive. Senior Charlie Nascimben took home first in the 100 breaststroke (1:03.57) and the 200 breaststroke (2:22.46) at 1:03.57.
