Ripon women’s basketball team pulls away from Grinnell to remain unbeaten in MWC

GRINNELL, Iowa – Grinnell College’s women’s basketball team stayed right with Ripon College for a good portion of the first half Saturday afternoon before the Red Hawks pulled away for a 74-57 Midwest Conference victory at Darby Gymnasium. The win kept the Red Hawks perfect in league play at 9-0 while moving to 12-6 in all games. Grinnell is tied for fourth in the MWC with a 5-4 mark. The Pioneers are 10-7 overall.
