Women’s Swimming and Diving, Men’s Swimming and Diving, Swimming and Diving: Cortland Men and Women Each Finish Third at RPI Kumpf Invitational
TROY, N.Y. – The Cortland men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams each earned thrid-place finishes at the RPI Kumpf Invitational. On the men’s side, Ithaca won the team title with 588 points, followed by RPI (529), Cortland (458), Skidmore (321) and TCNJ (86). In the women’s meet, Ithaca won the team title with 604 points, followed by RPI (581), Cortland (413.5), Skidmore (352) and TCNJ (64.5). The scores from the dual-meet scoring component of the meet are not yet available. Men’s Highlights: Hunter Bernhardt (Groton) won the 1,000-yard freestyle (9:57.32) and placed second in the 500-yard freestyle (4:49.38). Lance…
