Jett Janssen named CSC Academic All-America Second Team

Jett Janssen of Wayne State College was named to the 2023 Academic All-America Football Team selected by the College Sports Communicators released this morning, earning Second Team honors. It’s the second straight season that a Wildcat football player has been named CSC Academic All-America Second Team after linebacker Alex Kowalczyk received the honor last season. Janssen, a 6-4, 280-pound junior offensive lineman from Lincoln, (East HS), maintains a 3.91 grade point average majoring in health and physical education.
