Watson named to CSC Academic All-America Second Team

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — Announced Tuesday morning, Griffon Football junior kicker Cody Watson earned a spot on the 2023 College Sports Communicators Academic All-America Second Team. The All-District and All-America teams recognize football athletes at each NCAA division based on their combined performance on the field and in the classroom. Freshmen are not eligible to be selected for the team, while as of 2023, transfers in their first year are eligible.
