Dan Pitcher has been promoted to offensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals. Dan Pitcher has spent eight seasons on the Bengals' coaching staff, with the past four seasons as the team's quarterbacks coach. Before joining the Bengals, Dan Pitcher spent four seasons in player personnel roles with the Indianapolis Colts. In his four seasons as quarterbacks coach, QB Joe Burrow set single-season team records for completions, passing yards, TD passes, and passer rating. During a specific period, Joe Burrow led the NFL in completion percentage, passing yards, TD passes, and passer rating. QB Joe Burrow was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week six times and earned his first career Pro Bowl selection in 2022 with Dan Pitcher as his position coach. During the final seven games of the 2023 season, Dan Pitcher worked with QB Jake Browning as he stepped into the starting role for the first time in his career.
