Loras College Defeats Nebraska Wesleyan 65-36 in Women’s Basketball Game

HOW IT HAPPENED The Nebraska Wesleyan women's basketball team was unable to find momentum against a top 25 opponent in the Duhawks of Loras College on Saturday afternoon, falling 65-36. Nebraska Wesleyan initiated the game with a four-point lead. However, the Duhawks responded with a three-pointer, narrowing the game to 4-3. The Prairie Wolves maintained their aggression, securing an 8-6 lead with 5:56 remaining in the first quarter.
