Milwaukee Women’s Swimming & Diving Team Conquers Green Bay in Dual Meet

The Milwaukee women's swimming & diving team won a dual meet against Green Bay with a score of 222-78. Julie Rebek won both the 1 meter and 3 meter heights in the diving events. Janelle Schulz was one of two Panthers to finish in the top two of four different events. Erica Thomas secured four finishes in the top two. Noelle Bryan won the 50 free and added a win and a third place finish in other events. Carly Plate finished in the top spot in the 100 free and a second place performance in the 100 back. Grace Hudson earned three first place finishes in the meet, topping the field in the 200 free, the 500 free, and contributing to an 800 freestyle relay win. Antoni Haupt topped the field in the 1000 free. Mara Freeman won the 100 back and finished second in the 200 back, as well as contributing to a second place finish in the 200 medley relay. Skylar Ruggles earned the top spot in the 200 backstroke and just missed the podium in the 100 back and the 200 medley relay. Hanna Degrace took first in the 200 breaststroke and a second place finish in the 100 breaststroke, and in a relay finish in the 200 medley. Lilly Nesson finished second in the 1000 free. Grace Mayes finished second in the 200 free and contributed to a second place finish in the 800 free relay. Brielle Laube earned an individual podium in the 50 free and contributed to a second place 200 medley relay team. Kate Hackett took second in the 200 yard IM and fourth in the 200 back. Lucy Borlase placed third in the 200 breaststroke and just missed the podium in the 100 breaststroke. Ava Schlageter finished third in the 100 breaststroke and finished fourth in the 200. Johanna Edgren joined Degrace, Laube, and Freeman on the second place 200 medley relay team, and contributed to the second place 800 free relay team. Audrey Dixon contributed to the first place 800 free relay team.
