TROY, N.Y.—A strong second-half Skidmore comeback fell just short in a 68-61 Liberty League men's basketball loss to Rensselaer. The loss leaves the Thoroughbreds at 4-14 overall and 2-10 in league, while the Engineers improve to 11-8 and 8-4. Jake Walsh scored 19 points and had two assists and a steal to lead Skidmore.
