Jacksonville High School Soccer Team Defeats Madisonville 4-1 in District Opener

MADISONVILLE – The Jacksonville High School boy’s soccer team handed a much improved Madisonville team a 4-1 defeat on the Mustangs’ home pitch Friday evening. The match was the District 16-4A opener for both units. Jacksonville (7-3-1, 1-0) is scheduled to entertain Palestine Westwood at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. At the same time the Mustangs will travel to Diboll.
