Cameron Downs shines in NJAC Men’s Basketball Player of the Week honors

CAMDEN, N.J. (Jan. 29, 2024) – Rutgers University-Camden sophomore forward Cameron Downs (Pemberton, NJ/Pemberton) continued adding to his impressive collegiate resume Monday when he was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the second time this season. Downs, who also was honored by the NJAC on Dec. 4, helped the Scarlet Raptors post two big conference wins last week, averaging 25.5 points and 5.0 rebounds.
