Lasell Women’s Basketball Team Wins Seventh Consecutive Game with 68-53 Victory over Johnson & Wales

Newton, MA - The Lasell Women's Basketball team won their seventh straight game on Tuesday, defeating Johnson & Wales 68-53. With the win the Lasers are now 13-6 on the season and 7-2 in GNAC play. The Wildcats are now 8-11 and 3-6. Midway through the first quarter the Lasers jumped out to a 14-7 lead, but the Wildcats would inch back before the end of the quarter, winning the second half of it 8-4, as the Lasers led 18-15 after one.
