The writing was on the wall for Jonathan Smith’s time at Oregon State with the demise of the Pac-12. The 45-year-old head coach will now reside in East Lansing. The Co-Pac-12 Coach of the Year in 2022 is highly regarded for his high-powered offense, which will be exciting for Spartans fans. It might take a while to establish Michigan State as a top team in the Big Ten, but it should be fun to watch as soon as this August.
