Cassie Eickhoff: Beatrice High’s Hometown Hero and Volleyball Coach Extraordinaire

Beatrice High School hired Cassie Eickhoff as their its head volleyball coach. Eickhoff takes over for Melissa Carper, who stepped down after the 2023 season. Eickhoff grew up just outside of Beatrice and graduated from Beatrice High in 2008. While at BHS, she played volleyball, basketball, club softball and club volleyball. She has coached club since 2010 for multiple teams including Nebraska ONE, VCN and Nebraska Juniors.
