Verona Junior Tre Poteat Leads Team to Victory with 37 Points Against Middleton

Verona junior Tre Poteat scored a game-high 37 points and propelled the Verona boys basketball team to a 79-73 Big Eight win over Middleton on Thursday, Jan. 25, at Middleton High School. With the win, Verona (10-6, 9-3) is just 0.5-game behind the Cardinals for second place and 1.5-games behind conference-leading Sun Prairie West.
