Men’s basketball falls to Washington and Lee after Generals’ late run
LEXINGTON, Va. — Averett University men’s basketball fell 61-44 to Washington and Lee University after the Generals used a big run in the second half to pull away in Saturday’s Old Dominion Athletic Conference matchup. Tied 25-25 at halftime, Averett (4-18, 2-11 ODAC) took the lead to start the second half on a dunk by senior Jason Sellars II .
