Story Links New Orleans, LA- On Thursday, February 1st , the USTFCCCA released their 2023 Cross-Country Academic Awards. To qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale. The men's team earned All-Academic honors, holding a 3.22 GPA as a program with two athletes qualifying as individual All-Academic Athletes. The men's team had a banner year for the Green and Gold, finishing 2nd at the 2023 SUNYAC Championships, and sending three runners (Jared Smith , Jonathan Zavala , and Gabe Winters-Bona ) to NCAA Nationals for the first time in program history.
