The Panthers are expected to be the top team in the state of Georgia this baseball season, despite losing shortstop Colin Houck, who was selected with the No. 32 overall pick in last year’s draft by the New York Mets. Parkview returns one of the scariest sluggers in the Peach State in the form of Brown. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound third baseman hit 14 home runs last season with an absurd .486 batting average. Brown is committed to the in-state Bulldogs.
