Greenville’s Lady Lions limited Melissa to only one goal in the first half before giving way in a 4-0 District 13-5A girls soccer home loss on Friday. The Lady Lions, who’d lost their two previous district matches by 9-0 scores, cut down that margin in their third district contest. The Greenville Lions upped their District 13-5A record to 1-2 with a 4-0 win at Melissa on Friday. Scoring for the Lions were Joshua Rojas, Caleb Salazar, Edwin Rojas, and Bryan Rodriguez. Rodriguez also recorded one assist.
