Buena Vista Secures Sixth Spot in A-R-C Tournament with Sievers and Jones Leading the Way

WAVERLY, Iowa (Feb. 10, 2024) - Freshman Carter Sievers turned in a game-high 21 points while sophomore Jackson Jones added a career-high 17 points, and the duo led four players in double figures for the Buena Vista men's basketball team on Saturday as the Beavers completed a season-sweep of Wartburg College with an 81-72 victory inside of Levick Arena. Sievers was 5-of-8 shooting from the field, but came through down the stretch from the free-throw line where he went 9-of-13 overall (both were career-highs).
