M’Smrya Seward: CIAA Women’s Field Athlete of the Year for the Second Consecutive Time

Fayetteville, NC – Fayetteville State senior M'Smrya Seward has been recognized by the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) as the Women's Field Athlete of the Year for the second consecutive time. Seward is a long and triple jumper who has had a remarkable past two seasons as an indoor and outdoor track athlete. She holds numerous records as a three-time NCAA All-American, CIAA weekly honors for Women's Field Athlete of the Week, and 2023 CIAA Indoor Championship's Field MVP.
