Hernandez Named Conference Runner of the Week!

Story Links FRANKLIN SPRINGS, GA – Congratulations to Emmanuel Track & Fields, Demarco Hernandez who was named the Conference Carolinas Track Athlete of the Week! A senior from Commerce, Georgia, Hernandez ran 8:15.13 for the 3000m on Saturday, Feb. 10 at the David Hemery Invitational at Boston University. This was a school record for Emmanuel in the event, besting the previous time by 5 seconds. The time also places Hernandez as the fastest 3000m runner in the conference. Congratulations, Demarco!
