University of Lynchburg Women’s Basketball Dominates Averett University with 90-58 Win

DANVILLE, Va. - Averett University women's basketball fell to University of Lynchburg at home on Wednesday 90-58. Lynchburg (13-11, 8-9 ODAC) opened up the first quarter 26-16 and hitting six three-pointers. The Hornets three-point shooting success continued in the second quarter as they knocked down five of six attempted three-pointers to take a 56-26 lead into halftime.
