Sewanee Men’s Basketball: No. 5 Seed in SAA Championships After Tiebreaker Loss

SEWANEE, Tenn. – Despite tying for third in the regular season standings, Sewanee men's basketball will enter the SAA Championships as the No. 5 seed due to a three-way tie when the tournament begins this Sunday. The Tigers will travel to Centre College for the quarterfinal matchup at 2 p.m. CT. The Tigers dropped their regular season finale Wednesday night at Centre, 81-74, and Oglethorpe lost at Berry on Wednesday night as well, causing a three-way in the league standings between Sewanee, Oglethorpe and Centre.
