Hamilton Boys Basketball Edges Menomonee Falls 58-55 in Greater Metro Conference Showdown

MENOMONEE FALLS — A double-digit halftime lead almost completely evaporated by the final horn, but Hamilton’s boys basketball team held on for a 58-55 Greater Metro Conference win over rival Menomonee Falls Friday. The Chargers (18-5, 10-5) built a 37-21 halftime lead before the Phoenix (9-12, 4-11) made things interesting. Aidan Konop led the visitors with 21 points on 7of-13 shooting to go with six rebounds and four assists, while Asher Haas added 11. Anthony Ness knocked down six 3-pointers on his way to a game-high 22 points for Falls. Kendrick Nash added eight points and 10 rebounds.
