Newberry Wolves Win Thrilling Game in Overtime Against UVA Wise

NEWBERRY, S.C.- The Wolves (8-16, 6-10 SAC) won a South Atlantic Conference contest in overtime against the Cavaliers of UVA Wise (11-14, 7-10 SAC) this afternoon 56-53. The Wolves celebrated National Girls and Women in Sports Day and the retirement of two jerseys during halftime. April Rummery-Lamb's double-double of 15 points and 17 rebounds and Chloe Andrew's season high of 14 points led the Wolves to their win over the Cavaliers 56-53.
