USC Upstate Dominates GWU 73-56 in Women’s Basketball Showdown

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Gardner-Webb University women's basketball team fell the University of South Carolina Upstate on Saturday by a final score of 73-56. Ashley Hawkins led GWU dropping 11 points on the day. The Spartans of USC Upstate took an early lead over Gardner-Webb sitting up 21-11 by the end of the first 1o minutes.
