WestConn Freshman Emily Kiernan Shines at LEC Women’s Swimming Championships

WELLESLEY, Mass.. - Freshman Emily Kiernan (Watertown, Conn.) finished third in the 100-yard butterfly and the 400-yard IM, as the Western Connecticut State University Wolves sit in ninth place as a squad after day three of the Little East Conference (LEC) Women's Swimming and Diving Championships at the Boston Sports Institute this evening. WestConn has 61 points and is 27 points ahead of 10th-place UMass-Dartmouth and 37 behind eighth-place Western New England.
