Congratulations to Homewood-Flossmoor boys basketball player Carson Brownfield, who was voted SBLive's Illinois High School Athlete of the Week for February 5-11. He received more than 53 percent of the total votes for the week. Brownfield, a senior, recorded a double-double of 11 points and 10 rebounds with five assists in a 71-52 win over Hillcrest.
