Tyler Spencer Named NJAC Rookie of the Year and D.J. Alicea Earns All-NJAC Honorable Mention in Basketball Awards
PITMAN, N.J. (2/20/24) – Tyler Spencer has been tabbed the New Jersey Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year, while D.J. Alicea earns an All-NJAC Honorable Mention selection. Spencer earns Rookie of the Year honors after averaging 8.9 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game against NJAC Opponents. The Ontario native shot 57.7% from the floor and 57.9% from downtown. The Rookie becomes the sixth player in program history to earn the conference's top honor for a freshman.
