UMaine Football Key Fall Dates: Opening Game Against Colgate, Family and Friends Weekend, Homecoming

Orono, Maine – The University of Maine has announced the 2024 dates for its opening football game, Family and Friends weekend, and Homecoming. The University of Maine football team will open its season on Friday, Aug. 30 when it hosts Colgate at Alfond Stadium, moving the game up one day from when it was originally scheduled. UMaine will host its annual Family and Friends weekend on Sept. 27-28 while Homecoming is set for Oct. 18-19. Football single game tickets will go on sale on July 23.
