Three freshmen athletes from the University of Wisconsin-Superior have secured athlete of the week honors in their respective conferences, with Charlotte Ferstl and Simone Stephens earning Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) athlete of the week, and Rose Beeman receiving the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Kwik Trip Athlete of the Week. Ferstl showcased an impressive performance on the basketball court, securing her third double-double of the season. Meanwhile, Stephens excelled in the mile race at the Maverick Invite, setting a new personal record. Beeman demonstrated exceptional goalkeeping skills, achieving shutouts in three of her last four games.
