Tahshaun Frasier hit a free throw with 3.9 seconds left, lifting the Bradwell Institute Tigers to a 42-41 win over Lithonia in the first round of the Class AAAAA boys state basketball tournament Wednesday. Dar’Kari Pasley’s fall-away leaner in the lane snapped a 37-37 tie, and Frasier fed Jordan Stevens for a layup and a 41-37 lead.
