St. Catherine University Wildcats Defeat Hamline University Pipers in Thrilling Double-Overtime Game

SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The No. 6 seed Hamline University women's basketball team made the short trip to No. 3 seed St. Catherine University in the 2023-24 MIAC Tournament First Round. In a back-and-forth affair that saw 10 tied scores and 10 lead changes, it took two overtimes to settle a result. The second overtime ended with a Wildcat 7-0 run, which gave them a come-from-behind 70-65 victory over the Pipers.
