Howard University Swimming & Diving Dominates NEC Championships with Strong Performances

GENEVA, Ohio (February 22, 2024) – Howard University men's and women's swimming & diving team continues to create separation at the Northeast Conference (NEC) Championships. After three days of competition, HU holds the lead with a 58.5 advantage over second-place Wagner. Graduate Arion Solomon (Fairburn, Ga.) and seniors Spencer Miles (Lynchburg, Ga.) and Tristan Stevens (Chicago) and sophomore Taj Benton (Baltimore) highlighted Day Three with a victory in the 200 Free Relay, clocking in at 1:21.09.
