Widener Women’s Basketball to Face Messiah University in MAC Commonwealth Championship

CHESTER, Pa. – After taking down the York College Spartans in the MAC Commonwealth Semifinal, Widener women's basketball is going to the MAC Commonwealth Championship. They will take on the #1 seed Messiah University Falcons on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 3 p.m. in Grantham, Pa. Both Widener and Messiah are 22-4 on the season. However, Widener is 11-3 in conference play.
