MANKATO, Minn.. --- Minnesota State (12-22-0, 6-21-0 WCHA) fell to the University of St. Thomas (9-24-1, 3-23-1 WCHA) by a final of 3-2 Friday afternoon at the Mayo Clinic HSEC. The Mavericks owned the Tommies' in the shot department through 60 minutes 33-18, however UST took advantage of its opportunities netting goals in each period.
