Nevada Makes Waves at Mountain West Championships with Record-Breaking Performances

HOUSTON, Texas – Nevada concludes day three of Mountain West Championships with a new conference and meet record in the 100 backstroke. The Pack stands in fifth following the third day of competition with 567 points behind first place San Diego State, UNLV, Colorado State, and Fresno State. The finals started with the 200 freestyle relay finishing seventh with a time of 1:33.25. Frederica Kizek had a dominant performance in the 400 IM finishing with a visit to the podium finishing second with a time of 4:13.61, an NCAA B standard time.
