Providence College Women’s Tennis Falls to Sacred Heart 6-1 in Intense Duel at TRI West Bay

WARWICK, R.I. - The Providence College women's tennis team was defeated by Sacred Heart, 6-1, at TRI West Bay on Friday (Feb. 23). The Friars fell to 1-6 overall in dual match play this spring. The Pioneers took a 1-0 lead in the match off the strength of three doubles victories. In singles action, Sacred Heart claimed the opening four matches and the sixth match to claim victory on the day.
