Howard University Men’s Swimming & Diving Team Excels at NEC Championships
GENEVA, Ohio (February 24, 2024) – Howard University men's swimming & diving team took second place at the Northeast Conference (NEC) Championships, tallying 833.5 points during the five-day event. The 400 Free Relay squad consisting of graduate Arion Solomon (Fairburn, Ga.), senior Spencer Miles (Lynchburg, Va.), sophomore Taj Benton (Baltimore) and rookie Mason Green (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) highlighted the final day, earning silver with a 3:01.99 mark. Individually, Green and Solomon finished second (45.51) and third (45.60), respectively, in the 100 Free.
