Jordan Fenske’s Stellar Performance Propels Waukesha West Wolverines to Victory

WAUKESHA — Jordan Fenske scored 33 points, which included a 19-of-21 effort from the free-throw line, and Waukesha West defeated New Berlin West 60-45 in a WIAA Division 2 regional semifinal girls basketball game Friday. Fenske added seven rebounds and three steals to her state line. Taylor Gifford had 11 points, nine rebounds and five steals for the second-seeded Wolverines (16-9), who will host Grafton today in a regional final. Isabella Freisleben paced the 10th-seeded Vikings (9-17) with 12 points to go with five boards.
