Newberry Falls to Lincoln Memorial 80-68 in Tough Basketball Battle
NEWBERRY, S.C.- The Wolves (8-18, 6-12 SAC) battled but fell to the Railsplitters of Lincoln Memorial (17-7, 12-6 SAC) this afternoon 80-68. Caylin Moment posted a new season high of 14 points and five rebounds against Lincoln Memorial. Chloe Andrew and Deshona Gaither both added 11 points for the Wolves. Ella Pearson led the pack with six rebounds, Payton Cronen with five, and Jess Tomkins with four. The Wolves bench continues to outscore their opponents, outscoring the Railsplitters 36-18.
