Jacob Morris Wins First GLVC Indoor Shot Put Title with 16.44m Throw

Compiled Results INDIANAPOLIS – In his final chance in the Shot Put event, Jacob Morris clinched his first Great Lakes Valley Conference Indoor event championship and fourth overall conference title as he won the event with a mark of 16.44 meters. Both the men’s and women’s teams finished sixth at the conference meet on Sunday. Morris trailed Missouri S&T’s Ethan Crouch by one-one hundredth of a meter (15.92 to 15.91) after five rounds of throwing.
